- Be first HR point of contact for ER advice
- From creating job descriptions to delivering a motivating induction, you will play an important role in ensuring the right people are recruited and are set up for success in the organisation
- Advise and guide on HR policy and best practice
- Periodically review the Employee Handbook, HR policies, procedures and guidance in line with legislative changes and good practice
- Coach and develop line managers on HR issues and best practice, supporting them in handling complex and sensitive casework
- Produce monthly/quarterly MI reports
The successful candidate will be:
- Degree educated and MCIPD qualified
- A skilled and well experienced HR Generalist
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Enjoy working with a degree of autonomy and minimal supervision
- Produce analytical reports to support decision making
- Enjoy providing HR expertise to implementing innovative solutions
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues across organisation
- Confident with your IT skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems
